We are delighted you are considering MidTown’s exclusive private party destination for your event. Having confirmed the availability of our space, we ask that you please review and understand our frequently asked questions and terms of service before securing your date. Our event team is here to help make your event a smashing success – on budget and on time. Please coordinate any details directly with your event coordinator for the fastest, most cost-effective service. 


  • Our 1,550 sq. ft. space features 10 speaker surround sound system, 
  • Dimmable room and tabletop lighting.
  • Additional electrical outlets available for DJ’s and musicians.
  • Rum Sugar Lime (RSL) Bartender & Barback
  • Wireless hand-held microphone.
  • 6 bar seats, 6 sofa seats, 12 bucket chairs.  (Seating arrangements are configurable to event needs, please do not move live plants.)
  • (12) additional black folding chairs.
  • 8” table with RSL cloth, additional 6’ table available.
  • Small kitchen prep area for food staging.
  • Yamaha Baby Grand Piano (Pianist not included).



Nautilus hosts 20 - 70 guests.    Yes!  Anyone under 21 can attend but they cannot be seated at the bar. 


Event reservations are scheduled in six hour time blocks including set-up and break down.  Additional time is available for an hourly fee if desired.


Hosted Bar
In a hosted bar, the host pays the cost of all beverages. Guests can enjoy drinks without paying—everything is billed to the host.

No-Host Bar
With a no-host bar, guests pay for their own drinks. The host provides the bar, but each guest is responsible for their own tab.

Please Note:
A per-person beverage minimum applies to both options. If a no-host bar does not meet the minimum, the host is responsible for paying the difference.


All food items must be prepared and delivered by a licensed business/caterer. This is to ensure all our guest’s safety from any unintentional food related illness. Decor brought in must follow the contractual guidelines that we will provide to you with further communication. Confetti, birdseed, rice, pyrotechnics and glitter are not permitted.  Open flame candles are generally permitted with prior approval from the venue manager. Flameless LED candles are highly encouraged as a safe alternative. Lit candles must be attended to at all times by a responsible adult designated by the event host.

Nautilus RSL staff reserve the right to extinguish any unattended candles. We are happy to provide you with an approved list of preferred  vendors to help you create the ultimate experience through the process of selecting items to suit your budget. 


Of course! We recommend using the parking available all around our event space on Haskell, Mary and South Virginia Street. The parking is always free in this MidTown area. 


We love our local musicians and are happy to recommend a few that we are close with. Talent fees are additional. With a Baby Grand Piano on site, we do have a list of pianists as well. 


We have a specially curated original cocktail menu with a large selection to choose from but if you prefer a special drink for a particular occasion we are happy to discuss with you further about what you are looking for. 


We do not have changing rooms other than the provided restroom.
